In BelFood at the Quai du Hainaut in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, you will find a quality range of organic products such as vegetables, fruit, dairy products, bread, meat, dry food, non food and drinks, directly from local producers.

The bioshop is a collaboration between Groot Eiland, BelFood wholesale and Valdibella, a cooperative of organic farmers.

BelFood is part of Groot Eiland, an organisation that provides training for people who are far from the labour market. Our employees learn the sales trade under expert guidance.
BelFood wants to bring everyone around the same table to create a transparent and dynamic food economy based on the basic principles of Fair Trade. Our aim is to meet the real needs of consumers and to ensure a fair distribution of income. In short, food with a story, that creates fertile soil, healthy people and a healthy community.
Part of our vegetable offer comes from BelAkker, the vegetable gardens of Groot Eiland spread across Brussels.
